Semi-Annual Meeting and Dinner

Hi Everyone,

Save the date Friday, November 14th. Meeting will start at 4:00 in the Multi-Purpose room. Dinner to follow in the Cafe.


The Chef is once again, Justin from Chef On The Go.


The Menu will be as follows:

  • Inside round sirloin roasted and sliced in a Demi-Glace sauce. It will be cooked to medium heat. If you require well done, please advice me ahead of time.

  • Chicken Tenders grilled in a Marsala sauce

  • Penne pasta in a Marinara sauce

  • Seasonal Vegetables roasted in a herb oil

  • Scallop Potatoes


There will be a vegetarian option as well. I have requested the same as last year as everyone seemed to really enjoy it. Rice and vegetables in a colluis sauce. You will need to let me know in advance if this is what you would like.


Desserts will be provided.


The cost per person will be $24.00. The actual cost is $29 per person but the Board has agreed to contribute $5 towards each meal.


Please make your checks payable to Trilogy at Power Ranch. In the memo section write semi-annual dinner. Checks can be dropped off in the tennis mail box located in the Club House.

I will send out a reminder and deadline once I have it.
