2025/2026 Social Schedule

Hi everyone,

For those of you who were not at the March 25th Annual meeting, I will take a moment to explain the new format. The other clubs have suggested we call these events Socials instead of Tournaments. Depending on the number of courts each club has, will determine if 3 or 4 clubs will play. For example, Trilogy only has 3 courts, so the maximum number of clubs we would invite is 2, giving us a total of 3 clubs. The teams will consist of players from all the clubs and grouped together depending on your level. You may very likely have a partner that is from a different club. No one club will be responsible for all the food. The food committees will communicate amongst themselves and each club will be responsible for supplying food.

Since I announced the dates, I realized that the Men's league graciously allowed us to play in-house tournaments on Thursdays. I reached out to Chuck, who provided his blessing.

Here are the new dates and locations...... (Leisure World is no longer hosting).

Thursday, November 6th, 2025 - In-House Fall Smash

Saturday, November 15th, 2025 - Trilogy hosting Springfield and Sunbird

Thursday, December 11th, 2025 - In-House Frosty Open

Saturday, January 10th, 2026 - Cottonwood hosting Trilogy, Sunbird and Robson Ranch

Saturday, January 31st, 2026 - Springfield hosting Trilogy and Sunbird

Saturday, February 21st, 2026 - Robson Ranch hosting Trilogy, Sunbird and Palm Creek

Saturday, March 7th, 2026 - Cottonwood hosting Trilogy, Iron Oaks and Sunbird

Thursday, March 26th, 2026 - In-House Double Elimination Ladder Tournament

Saturday, April 11th, 2026 - Iron Oaks hosting ALL of the Clubs for a year end finale.

I will provide any updates and reminders in early October, as we get closer the the season.
