Trilogy Tennis Club Meeting
December 7th, 2023
Quorum was met with 36 Club Members in attendance. Don Blair called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
Review of new By-Laws
• The By-Laws were presented to the Membership for review. Don recapped the new By-Laws and explained the Boards recommendations for each section that required a dollar amount or decision.
• A motion was made by Sue Peterson to approve the Board's recommendations, and seconded by Linda Saliani. All were in favor and the motion carried.
Treasurer's Report
• The current balance is $6,464.57
Motion to Adjourn
Gary Huber made a motion to adjourn the meeting, Michael Fleming seconded. All were in favor. The meeting adjourned at 4:37 pm.
