Food Plan for Fall Smash

Ok, here it is... courtesy of kitchen veteran Lonnie Pilar, who has stepped up to manage the grub for this event (thanks Lonnie). We will be having burgers, beans, salads, and desserts. The burgers, buns, and beans will be provided. Bring your own drinks (always the water fountain, if you forget). The kitchen will be stocked with all the necessary condiments, but we will likely need a couple of volunteers to help keep things organized. The grill will be waiting for a couple of guys to step up and cook the burgers, and we will also need a few guys to be available for setup and take down, as required (I’ll be recruiting day-of).


We are asking all players with last names beginning with A-L to bring a salad of their choice, and all players with last names beginning with M-Z to bring a dessert of their choice. If there are individual circumstances that make this split difficult, please contact Lonnie (616-915-2247).
